An assistant brings over your Trello boards, Asana projects, Notion databases or CSV files as Mishka projects attached to a client, with status mapping, due dates and assignees matched by email. Your connection keys are encrypted while we fetch, then deleted.
How the migration works

Pick the source and the client
Trello, Asana, Notion or CSV, then the client the imported projects belong to (create it on the fly if needed).

Paste your token and tick the boards, projects or databases to bring over; for a CSV, drop the file.

Map the statuses
Your lists, sections or status values are matched to Mishka statuses. Suggestions are pre-filled, you adjust freely.

Review, then import
Summary of projects and tasks, skipped rows listed, assignees matched by email. You confirm, Mishka creates everything.
What you can expect
- Keys and tokens encrypted while data is fetched, then deleted, whether the import succeeds or not.
- Mishka never changes anything in the source tool: it only reads.
- Tasks assigned automatically to members whose email matches (Asana, Notion, CSV).
- A link to the original item is kept at the end of each task description.
- If these data have already been imported, the assistant warns you before creating duplicates.
What remains manual
- Attachments, comments, subtasks and custom fields are not brought over.
- Archived items are ignored.
- An import cannot be undone: delete the created projects if needed.
- 100 projects and 5,000 tasks maximum per import.
Frequently asked questions about migration
What happens to attachments and comments?
They are not imported, whatever the source. The assistant brings over projects and tasks (name, description, status, due date, priority, assignee) and appends a link to the original item at the end of the description: you can open the source card, task or page in one click as long as the source tool stays open.
Can I re-run or undo an import?
An import cannot be undone: the projects and tasks it created are deleted like any other project. Re-running it on the same data creates duplicates; the assistant warns you when these data have already been imported, the decision is yours.
How long does an import take?
The assistant fetches the data, then creates projects and tasks in batches. A typical board or project fits within the assistant’s progress screen; very large databases take longer (Notion is limited to a few requests per second). Limits: 100 projects and 5,000 tasks per import.
Are my keys and tokens kept?
No. They are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) while data is fetched, then deleted as soon as the fetch ends, successful or not. Mishka never changes anything in the source tool.
Which plan includes the import?
From the Solo plan, at no extra cost. Your plan's client and project limits apply: the assistant tells you before creating anything.
