Data import and first AI tools
Getting started on Mishka no longer means retyping anything: an assistant imports your projects and tasks from Trello, Asana, Notion or a CSV file. And the first AI tools do the summarising for you: the state of a project, of a client account, of meeting notes, plus writing help inside your documents.

- NewImport from Trello, Asana, Notion or CSV: your projects and tasks arrive attached to the client of your choice, with statuses mapped, due dates kept and, when the source provides an email, assignees matched. Included from the Solo plan.
- NewAI summaries of a project or a client account (Studio and above): progress, recent activity, points of attention and suggested actions, one click from the page.
- NewIn documents, an AI summary of meeting notes and writing help: rephrase, shorten, expand, correct. The proposal is shown for review; nothing is inserted without you.
- NewMy daily brief: on the dashboard, a personal brief with your priorities, the replies people are waiting for and the deadlines coming up.
- ImprovedReworked Help page: step-by-step tutorials and eleven guides readable directly in the app.
- ImprovedMission and task creation: one window everywhere, and a task can exist without a project, in which case it becomes personal.
- NewClient portal requests: emoji and attachments both ways, when opening a request and in replies.
- NewRedesigned client portal: five tabs, a mobile tab bar, and a home page that tells your client what is waiting on them — documents and posts to approve, replies to read, closures to confirm — along with their contacts at your agency and their key figures. New Indicators page that follows your numbers from report to report.
- NewClient portal: categorised requests (question, issue, change, content, billing) with an urgency level, client-confirmed closure, “New” and “New reply” markers, approval status visible in the document list, client-sheet files shared one by one.
- NewAgency side: welcome message and main contact per client (Portal tab of the client sheet), agency contact details in the portal footer, mission timeline on every portal project.
- NewAnalytics: a custom period bounded by two dates, and readable labels (“September 2026”, “Q3 2026 · Jul – Sep”).
12 more changes
- ImprovedA monthly AI generation quota per organisation (100 on Studio, 300 on Team, 1,000 on Agency), with a visible counter and an alert at 80%. Vault credentials are never sent to the AI.
- ImprovedConnection keys to third-party tools are encrypted for the duration of the import, then erased.
- ImprovedInputs, dropdowns and editors share the same border on every screen.
- ImprovedOn mobile, client and project pages get a bottom tab bar, mission and task lists keep only the essentials (name, status, due date), and document actions fit on a single row.
- FixedThe daily brief is no longer replayed the next day.
- FixedA client’s custom statuses and priorities are correctly carried over when creating a mission or task from a project.
- FixedFrom the Tasks page, the mission picker only lists missions from the selected projects.
- FixedAnalytics: completion rate, estimation coverage, team load and estimated budget ignored the selected period; they now count tasks and missions by their due date.
- ImprovedAnalytics: the load forecast and stalled validations remain computed as of today whatever the period, and their caption says so.
- FixedCreating an editorial task without a Communication project now explains what is missing, instead of a cryptic message.
- FixedNo more repeated notification when opening project creation with no client yet.
- FixedPersonal task list: the “Overdue” badge moves below the title instead of squeezing it.
