Each Notion database becomes a Mishka project: its pages become tasks, and you choose, database by database, which properties hold the status, due date, description, priority and assignee. Included from Solo.
What is imported
- Each database → one project
- Each page of the database → one task (title)
- Status ← the "status" or "select" property of your choice
- Due date ← a "date" property (start of the range)
- Description ← a text property named Description or Notes
- Priority ← a "select" property named Priority / Priorité (FR and EN values)
- Assignee ← first person of the "people" property, matched by email
- Link to the original page, at the end of the description

- Page content (blocks, text, images): only properties are read
- Number, formula, relation, rollup, multi-select, checkbox, files, url properties

Create an internal integration
On notion.so/my-integrations, in two minutes. Enable the "user information with email" capability if you want assignees matched.

Share your databases with the integration
In Notion, on each database: ⋯ menu → Connections → your integration. Without it, the database stays invisible.

Choose the properties
Paste the token, tick the databases, then for each one keep automatic detection or pick the properties to bring over.

Map, review, import
Status values → Mishka statuses, summary, import. The token is deleted as soon as the fetch ends.

Frequently asked questions
Why doesn’t the assistant see my database?
A Notion integration only sees pages explicitly shared with it. Open the database, ⋯ menu → Connections, add your integration, then refresh the list.
Is my page text brought over?
No. The assistant reads the database properties (title, status, date, description text, priority, people), not the page body. The link kept at the end of the description takes you back to it.
What happens to attachments and comments?
They are not imported, whatever the source. The assistant brings over projects and tasks (name, description, status, due date, priority, assignee) and appends a link to the original item at the end of the description: you can open the source card, task or page in one click as long as the source tool stays open.
Can I re-run or undo an import?
An import cannot be undone: the projects and tasks it created are deleted like any other project. Re-running it on the same data creates duplicates; the assistant warns you when these data have already been imported, the decision is yours.
Are my keys and tokens kept?
No. They are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) while data is fetched, then deleted as soon as the fetch ends, successful or not. Mishka never changes anything in the source tool.
