Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Mishka uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage for UI preferences) as described below.

These cookies are essential and cannot be disabled: • Supabase auth cookies (sb-*-auth-token): maintain your login session • Client portal session cookies (httpOnly): maintain the session of a portal user after authentication by single-use link • mishka-portal-client (httpOnly): application cookie of the client portal, remembers the client space you selected (30 days) • mishka_consent: stores your cookie consent choice (6 months) • mishka-auth-persist: "Remember me" preference Technical tools without cookies, also exempt from consent: • Sentry: error reports; a session recording is triggered only when an error occurs in the application, with text and inputs masked, and never on the public website • Vercel Speed Insights: loading performance measurement, without cookies or persistent identifier Legal basis: legitimate interest / contract performance.

Only activated if you accept analytics in the consent banner: • Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): audience measurement, Consent Mode v2 Legal basis: consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via "Manage cookies" in the footer. The consent banner and audience measurement also apply to the client portal: portal users are shown the same banner and have the same choices. No analytics cookie is set on the portal without their consent.

When you subscribe via Stripe Checkout, Stripe may set cookies necessary to process payment securely. See Stripe's privacy policy for details. The hCaptcha anti-bot component also runs a technical check as soon as the signup and login forms are displayed, before any explicit action on your part, to protect the Service against automated abuse. This mechanism is not subject to the consent banner, on the basis of the Service's legitimate interest in security. See hCaptcha's privacy policy for details.

Use the cookie banner on first visit or click "Manage cookies" in the site footer to change your preferences. Clearing browser cookies will reset your choices. Your consent is kept for 6 months, after which you will be asked again (CNIL recommendation).
