Mishka or Notion
Notion to document. Mishka to deliver and get approvals.
Notion keeps the edge on documentation, free-form databases and mobile. It has no client space nor approvals; Mishka ships ready-to-use project management with a portal, and imports your databases.

Frequently asked questions
Is Mishka the only tool offering a client portal?
No. Several freelancer and agency tools (invoicing, CRM) include a portal at a comparable price. Mishka’s difference is the combination: full project management (kanban, editorial calendar, missions, time), a portal with approvals and requests, import from project management tools and a credential vault, from the Solo plan.
